All Dynamic Contraction Technique™ ("DCT™") sessions are tailored to your specific needs. We understand that each person is unique and has a different set of injuries, limitations, strengths, weaknesses, and current life stresses that affect your overall health.

A typical session begins with Barefoot Shiatsu – a massage technique where the practitioner uses his/her feet to massage and pump the blood in the leg and gluteus muscles. Following the shiatsu is assisted strength training and stretching using the three components of DTC™.

Our practitioners strive to problem solve your unique body to remove tension, relieve pain, and work through traumas housed in your tissues.

DCT™ practitioners are committed to supporting and educating their clients, which includes increasing awareness of stress management, nutrition, exercise regimes, and overall health.
